Overview
A former Attorney General of the Republic of Zambia with over 18 years industry experience, having represented the Republic of Mauritius at the Hague, and the Zambian government in numerous domestic and international arbitration under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICC, PCA and other Ad Hoc arbitrations. He is also the member of the IBA, an independent arbitrator with Arbitral International and he is admitted to the panel of Arbitrators for International Investment Arbitration. He is s listed as a member of the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BAC/BIAC).
