Overview

Naa Adoley Azu is the Director for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Compliance at the Indiana Civil Rights Commission where she actively engages complainants, respondents, and counsel to negotiate, conciliate and mediate disputes to generate legally enforceable Settlement Agreements. Prior roles include High Court Judge of the Republic of Ghana, Warranty Communications and Regulatory Affairs Manager for Cummins Inc. USA and FIDA Law Clinic Volunteer. Naa Adoley Azu obtained her LLB from the University of Ghana and holds an LLM from McGill University's Institute of Air & Space Law, an LLM from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and a Cert. in Management from the Kellogg School of Management.
