Ellen Bannerman-Quist is a lawyer and member of the Ghana Bar and the Bar of England & Wales, with a standing of 28 years. She is the founder and Managing Consultant of Bannerman-Quist Legal Consult & Notary in Accra, Ghana. She worked as a state attorney for 6 years with the International Law Division of the Ministry of Justice in Ghana, where she handled trade agreements, advised the State on its international obligations and participated in international arbitrations & ADR. Ellen subsequently worked in the Legal Services Department of the Volta River Authority for 18 years holding various key positions including Director of Legal Services for 4 years, specialising in energy, construction, commercial and arbitration/ADR.
