Overview
I am a legal practitioner, arbitrator and mediator. I have been practising law since 1985, arbitration since 1993 and mediation since 2001. I have sat in over 50 domestic and international arbitrations as arbitrator and in over 10 as counsel in arbitration proceedings. I have conducted arbitrations, as arbitrator and counsel, on a wide range of issues in the area of commercial law. I am an accredited tutor of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators accredited to run all their courses up to the highest levels. I become a Fellow of that Institute in 1997 and a Chartered Arbitrator also of that institute in 2002. I am a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (Nigeria's equivalent of a Q. C.) and have been since 2001. I am in active legal practice.
