Overview
Adedapo Tunde-Olowu, SAN is the Managing Partner and the head of the Arbitration Practice Group at AELEX. He has over 34 years’ experience in commercial litigation and arbitration and has acted as counsel or as arbitrator in several arbitral proceedings. He regularly provides expert evidence on Nigerian law.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators and member of the African Users Council of the LCIA. He is on the Kigali International Arbitration Centre’s Panel of International Arbitrators.
He was admitted to practise law in England and Wales in 2009. He attained the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2020.
