Overview
Jacqueline’s is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is the Managing Partner of JWM LAW LLP (formerly Jacqueline Waihenya Maina & Co. Advocates) founded in 2012 being a full service corporate oriented practice. She holds an LLM from the University of Nairobi specializing in Public Finance & Financial Services Law and is currently pursuing an LLM in International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University of London. She is an Arbitrator, Chartered Mediator and an Adjudicator. She is also an Associate Editor of the CIArb KE ADR Journal. She is a Fellow Certified Secretary, a Governance Auditor and Legal & Compliance Auditor as well as being a Patent Agent.
